We had a lovely family weekend at John Brotchie.
On Friday night we welcomed all our new families with our disco night. The children, parents and families enjoyed a BBQ dinner in our garden followed by disco dancing in the Jellybean room. Fun was had by all!
On Saturday morning lots of us returned to help out at the working bee. It was a very productive morning. We moved all our furniture back into the classrooms, we cut out all our new block people, we cleaned furniture and the outdoor kitchen to mention just a few jobs we got done. We also did a major rebuild of our deck area around the sandpit. Ben, Luke and Aaron spent a long time over the weekend doing this job and it looks fantastic.
A big thank you to all our families that made these two events such a sucess.
